Current Plan for Perimeter Fence.

The HOA board is considering a commercial fence that would resemble that used in the new subdivision South of us, but manufactured by FenceTrac.

It consists of aluminum posts, that are powder coated black, and with 2 X 6 cedar wood rails. The powder coat finish is guaranteed for 20 years.

We have not contracted with anyone. We have only gathered pricing information as listed below.

Cost of the posts = $27,000

Cost for the cedar rails = $17,000

Cost for sakrete = $1,000
